Shipping options and charges depend on the delivery destination and the items in your order. Only destinations and shipping methods offered at checkout are currently available for that order. Please check your address carefully before placing an order.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Any delivery estimates shown at checkout or in shipping notifications are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier operations, customs inspections, weather, and other events outside our control can cause delays. Tracking details will be provided when available from the shipping provider.

Customs and import charges

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on the destination and local rules. Unless explicitly stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Address changes and delivery problems
