If a material listing or pricing error occurs, we may contact you to resolve it or cancel the affected order and arrange an appropriate refund for any payment collected.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and payment authorization. Please check your order and delivery details before submitting it. Available payment methods and any applicable taxes or charges are shown during checkout.

Shipping and delivery

Returns and refunds

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving an order, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy and Returns & Refunds page. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns; OPAL covers reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You agree to use the store lawfully and not interfere with its operation or misuse its content. Store branding and original content may not be reused commercially without permission, except where the law allows.

Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for payment, fulfillment, analytics, and delivery. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
